How do I join?

How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 10 points for every £1 you spend, both online and in-store.
You can also earn extra points by following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and celebrating your birthday.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can turn your points into money off your purchases - 150 points gets you £10 off.
How do I redeem my points?
Log into your account and open the rewards panel to view your available rewards.
From there, choose how you’d like to redeem your points - either selecting a reward or deciding how many points to spend.
Once redeemed, you’ll receive a discount code that can be applied at checkout straight away or saved to use later.
Can I use my points online and in-store?
Yes - your points and rewards can be used both online and in-store.
Are there any extra perks?
Yes - members get access to exclusive perks and offers throughout the year, just for being part of the club. These will be revealed via email.
Do my points expire?
Points don't expire, so you can continue to save them towards a larger reward if you'd prefer.
What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your balance.
Where can I check my points?
Log into your account at any time to view your points balance and available rewards.
Do I need to be logged in to earn points online?
Yes - make sure you’re logged into your account when shopping online so your points are tracked correctly.
Can I earn points on everything?
Points are earned on most purchases, both online and in-store. Please note that gift cards and bulk order tennis balls are excluded from earning points.
